Cancellation | Late Arrival Policy
Please understand that we charge 50% of your booked appointment price for no shows and last minute cancellations.
We require at least 24 hours notice if you would like to move your appointment
We take great pride in our work and wish to improve our service and the quality. In order to do that, we have introduced a cancellation policy where if appointments are a no show, 50% of the booked appointment price will be charged to the client.
If a client arrives too late to accomodate the booked appointment it will be rescheduled and counted as a no show or reduced to a more managable treatment in the given time and charged at the price of the booked appointment.
